Dr. Akwasi Osei is the CEO of the Ghana Mental Health Authority (MHa). He is currently the Chief Psychiatrist and immediate past Medical Director of the Accra Psychiatric Hospital. A prolific writer, he churned out over 40 articles in the struggle to get the Mental Health Bill passed into law. His vast knowledge in Psychiatry, personal passion and expertise in mental healthcare will be of immense importance to the growth and development of the Authority
